Works well, small batches, I've experimented a bit with flavors, but you need to stick with the ratios in the instructions, except instead of two cups cream, I do one cup cream and one cup half and half. I use only good organic milk and sugar, much better than any store bought ice cream.
My dad has one of the old ice/rock salt kind and it also works well if you don't mind the mess and cranking it yourself. Many people say they do make the best ice cream. |
