It's possible to find them in mid 20s, but there are rare. There was a black one, about 120k miles, advertised on this board about a year ago for 25k. I picked mine up in Canada for the equivalent of U$25k. Good driver, 80k miles, had a small brake problem . Fixed it myself in one afternoon and it's been good ever since. Love the car, but it's painfully stock and feels slower then my modified WRX. So slippery slope, here I come. I am collecting parts and ideas for my 3.6 EFI hp build with the help of this very board.
