Back at that time, I had a 55 miles commute, each way. I lived in the "mountains" of Western Massachusetts. I remember another incident, just like Legion's, where an SUV run past me, and then I found him, a few miles later, stuck in the inside snowbank on the interstate. This was the middle of nowhere, seriously. I stopped, pulled out a couple of shovels, and helped the guy dig out.
You are a nice guy. I might have stopped, but no diggin'. As long as the idiots passengers are alright, he's on his own.
