okay well an update, and to be honest we haven't been working on the car much, but i got it back in the garage and started tearing into it a little, my concern was that since the fuel pump was stuck that that whole fuel system looked pretty bad, and my concerns were valid, so at the moment half the intake is off and i'm trying to get the rail(s) out, which is being more of a job than i thought, if anyone has done this and knows the trick let me know, its like they are attached together and so everything has to come off so they can just come up.
I haven't been able to check the ignition lately as i'm too concerned with all the fuel, although its so bad it probably wouldn't burn, but ill let you guys know when i have more to update.
So as of now were working on replacing the fuel rails and injectors and the pump(again)$$$
