Just means A.Q. is going to blow up the next plane an hour & 5 minutes before landing. Or enroute over another city. Or after takeoff from the departure city (more fuel, bigger kaboom).

This is the typical sort of idiot policy that the TSA and Homeland Security specializes in creating. The mentality of the big, dumb bureaucracy exposed once again.

Want to solve this? Start sacking up to people and tell them, "flying is a privilege, not a right. You will undergo aggressive security screening measures (like they do in Israel) and if you don't like it, here's a bus ticket".

Until then we're just going to look like idiots trying to maintain an "open" system catering to every "sensitivity trained" politically correct idiot out there while A.Q. et al run roughshod over us and our procedures.

Oh, and our present procedures cost a fortune too. But that's okay, we'll just print more money and borrow some more from China to cover it. What's the worst that can happen?
