Make a conscious effort to get your mind into a dream like mode. Forget reality, and make up a dream like situation. Build a house on top of a mountain for the great view. Don't worry about reality of how do you get electricity up there it is just there. Design the house and if you decide that the garage should be 20 cars wide not 3 just allow it to change in an instant. The weather will always be perfect, the road to your house will be 100 miles of perfect roads. Money does not exist, problems are just gone. Make it fun. Your brain will think hey this is like dreaming and soon you will be asleep.
