New Years Update:
Received my new throttle body and LS6 intake last weekend and got around to installing. Does not have the bling factor of the previous aluminum Typhoon intake but much lighter and a better fit.
Unfortunately the pre existing problem has followed and the car still does not rev past 2K and smells rich with fuel. I am convinced that it has to be the programming in the PCM and needs to be tuned and diagnosed by a professional. Car starts every time and ideals just fine so I do not think it is anything major. Possibly could be an issue with the Mass Flow sensor as well.
Bad news is I will leave for China on the 5th and will not get to work on the car till I return in April
