My car is not going to race, it will be for track use and to just drive. I wonder if getting a FIA certification is an expensive venture for the manufacturer? It would be reflected in the price. Maybe I could use an RCI seat with a brace? I do not know what these braces are. I used to have a carbon fiber Momo seat, VERY light. I would have a hard time seeing it stand up to very much in a crash.
As for my racing....Paul Newman never raced until he was 47 years old. That gives me a few more years.
