Rick: Jim, when ya get a second I would like to talk to ya.
Jim: Okay, well now works.
( Rick and Jim enter Jim's office and Jim sits, Rick remains standing, this is a mental game so as to tower over Jim)
Rick: Okay Jim, I am going to ask you for the 10% cut that we all took, to be reinstated based on the following observations.
1: the main person who was bleeding you dry no longer works here
2:You let Karen go, so there is one non productive person let go
3: You have increased the labor rate
4:You hired a cleaning crew that comes in 3 days a week, so money can't be that tight
Jim: Uh-huh, I'll look at some things over the weekend.
Rick: Uh Huh, So we can continue this discussion Monday I recon.

He knows I am watching, and I also asked for the 4 of us to get our money back so I am nit just looking out for me. I think I am going to have to keep on his butt about it. We'll see. Tomorrow will tell a lot. I did however remove the labor board thing from his computer. Here in Va I have no rights so that is counter productive to my plight.
