Not sure, but I think he means the condition of the paint job... that it looks good from 100 feet away.
My cars got the 10 foot finish
I could take a picture of it and put it on the internet and it would look great, but if you get up close you will see a bazillion rock chips, door dings, etc.
One of the reasons I will not buy a car off ebay.
