It should be the same. Try to find a Ford parts guy and check the camshaft #'s

There's two firing orders for ford small blocks. The first is the "302" order, the second is "351" order BUT 351 order has been used on a 302. It should work but if the second 302 motor has the 351 order you might need to change the cam or the computer.

Right now would be a great time to just swap in a 351 motor. The mounting points are the same. You'll need to add some lenght to the header of your tailpipes since the 351's exhaust ports will sit 1" higher.

Both 302 & 351 share the same 4" bore the 302 crank is 3" and the 351 is 3.47"

There's stroker kits for the 351 that use the 302 pistons with new rods and crank that bring the stroke to 3.87? for a 390 ish motor.

Worthless facts is that a chevy 350 and a ford 351 are both the same bore and stroke and they're really 347's
