they were all at a bare minimum drunk in public.
if a cop pulls me over to coasting through a red light, and i tell him to **** himself as i peel out, the cop has every right to jump on my ass. i could have got away with a warning or pain in the ass ticket. but running turned it into an incident.
and it was still damn funny.
