Actually the meds were gag gifts from years ago. Both expired in 2005 and I gave Mike a heads up that they were for "visual effects ONLY" before he opened the box.
The PCA medallion was a one off thing (or so we were told) from the late 1990's when I lived in the DFW area. Got the thing then moved to Arizona a few months later. Been looking for a good home for it, and Mike might as well have it. It was not cheap... but going to a good home.
