Lee, that's a lot of it. I've been either a struggling musician or student/grad student/researcher/teach for most of my life so disposable income hasn't been rampant. It is only in the last 2 years that my wife and I started making good money...of course now in order to have short commutes and a decent public school we have an insane mortgage. Such is life in SoCal. While I can rationalize $2K for musical gear, $20K for a "toy" is a hard one. I'm working on it though...
