No she is not in France with me. My Father cannot bear to be very far (15 min. away) from her. And my Father doesn't have a passport and hates to travel anywhere outside the county he lives in.
I travel to see my Mom about 3-4 times a year. Of course she doesn't even know anybody is there.
In France her care would be 1/4/ the price with equal level of quality. And that is with private insurance as she is not a citizen.
