Cars like this are tough to value. They can be from the upper range of a "normal" car of that year - i.e. one with more mileage but in very good shape - to a much higher value determine entirely by whether the seller is looking for a car in near new / original condition. IMO to get the high dollars for such a car the owner needs to be able to document he kept the car in a "time capsule". Merely limiting miles driven for 21 years can actually do more harm than good if all maintenance was done based on mileage rather than time (for example, given that the factory oil change interval on this car is 15,000 miles, it is possible this car has only had a few oil changes). Things such as engine seals and other rubber parts that require lubrication to stay in good shape also often suffer from lack of driving. These cars are still too plentiful to really deserve collector car value - but they might at some point. I am assuming this car was treated as an weekend driver, but not treated like a show car, so I would guess low 20 to mid 20s if it truly needs nothing and all maintenance is up to date and documented.
