Some tolerances:
Big bearings are typically: 0,40 - 0,65 mm
Wear in piston ring grooves: Max. 1,0 mm on overhauled pistons with additional chrome layer.
These figures are for B&W 12K90MC engines (900 mm bore). The Sulzer tolerances are in same range.
