traditionally, we have a dish called cow's tongue in Madeira sauce.
The cow's tongue is very delicate , fine meat... but it doesn't taste so special, which brings in the madeira sauce... It's a thick, rich roux based sauce... very tasty.
But it's a lot of work to prep cow's tongue, and i can't be arsed to do so, when it's just for me..
So i'll make some meatballs instead.
