good evening, guys.
i am cooking lamb sirloin, with potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, herbes de provence and a bit of garlic. when it is almost done, i'll add half a cup of warm water with some dissolved flour to make gravy. i am stoked! lamb just might be my favorite.
