I'll be 58 this year, my wife thought I needed another physical. A nurse called today with the results of the blood test. She's scanning down the list, says everything looks pretty normal. Then she says whoa, your triglycerides is 52, you may want to eat more salt and drink less water (she said it should be under 150).
