Dayum, how did I miss this? You guys have been talking about this for days and this is the first I've seen of it. Sweet. Very, very sweet. We'll have to get out and ride sometime.
John - yes, it is a "hike", even for me, living north of Seattle up here in Lynnwood. It takes me a good half hour to 45 minutes just to escape the sprawl and get out to the good riding/driving roads. Once there, however, the trip is worth it. We are blessed with some of the best roads imaginable, winding their way through our various river valleys and up into the foothills of the Cascades. Once over the Cascades (given enough time for such a trip), Eastern Washington is a veritable motoring playground. Vast stretches of lonely, winding two lane highways.
