I know that. I grew up with a handicapped sister in the 60's and 70's long before the "handicapped spots" were around. Just when I see someone hop out of a sport 2 door car and make a run to the door of the supermarket it pisses me off. I really cant stand those who look around to see whose watching and then take out there little tag and hang it so they can park close.
