Kind of like the USA making reparations to the Native Americans for taking the country and wiping out much of the people, or the South making reparations to American blacks for slavery, or Spain making reparations to the natives of Central America, or the Australians making reparations to the Aborigines, or the Japanese making reparations to the Chinese . . .

Ain't happening. Doesn't mean the French don't have a moral black mark, just means that they're part of a pretty big club.
