Are you Using PB BLaster on the bolt or something else b/c you gotta use PB BLaster its the best and because it has a high flash point you can heat up the bolt with a propane torch spray some PB Blaster and it should Soak in... spray a little more then tap the center of it with a hammer and chisel and Tap. Heat it up again Then soak it wit PB BLaster again to cool it down and if you're in no hurry leave it for a day and it should come right off. On my Exhause bolts and all the other bolts i actualy hit them all with PB BLaster And waited 1 or 2 days maybe more before I broke um loose and it was a piece of cake. I get ants in my pants most of the time and i want to get stuff done the same day but in the case of the Head bolts including the Exhaust bolts it was worth the wait.
