The "T" and "L" connections on the plastic velocity stacks are not vacuum lines...they are fuel lines used for cold start enrichment. These fuel lines connect all of the stacks in each bank together then both banks connect (from the back side of each bank) into one line that connects to the top of the cold start solenoid that is on top of the fuel filter housing.
