Does anyone here know if it's legal to shoot a mouse if it's in the garage? We live in GA, so I'm thinking that it's probably mandatory . . . but living in an incorporated area sometimes means no shooting. I'd hate to shoot holes in the cars, tools- and possible the mouse- just to end up in the pokey.

For all of you animal lovers out there, I tried a rather humane 'Duct Tape' trapping method but the bastard was able to run across it with ease. If I can't shoot him, the plan is to feed him so much that his belly drags the ground and gets caught on the tape.
