Heat the block (area around the threads) and try getting it out. Its not the end of the world if the head of the bolt breaks off. If its anything like my car, the stud was badly corroded around the center of the stud and its snapped with barely any torque. You can still get the head off with the stud broken. With the head off, you should be able to get a pair of vice grips on the stud and plenty of room to get penetrating oil on there and once again, heating the block around the stud with the good old heat wrench.
