In Canada, NASCAR races in the rain, with wipers and rain tires, and on road courses. It's great stuff.

L.A. did have a NASCAR street race... around Exposition park... I was there.
Hmmm maybe have them go back to racing gutted stock cars with roll cages like back in the 50's and 60's
