There was a good article in the new C and D about Hot Wheels collecting. It seems that I made a huge mistake by playing with mine back in the day, because some of the early ones ("redlines"!) routinely sell for five figures. In fact, someone paid 70 large for a pink VW bus, apparently. All I ever
had were "redlines" and I have no idea what ever became of them. I might need to root around at my mom and dad's house next time I'm there.
Sheesh.
