in passing, i asked a man, if he ever sold any of his goats..for food. i heard a young goat is better than lamb. high protein, very low cholesterol and fat. why not? well, he said yes, and he could sell me two this spring. figured a 9mm between the eyes? how would you do it humanely? i had a baby goat once, and wussed out. i was in high school at the time. the goat was (ahem!) "cute".

i hunt this guys property for pigs and turkeys..old school philipino dude..i think i opened my big mouth, and will have to man up. got a butcher committed for processing. a mere $55, not bad.
