I used to live on a couple acres up by Chino. My neighbor always wanted me to deep pit a goat. I couldn't see the attraction. He said if we do it just right it is almost as good as Venison. Yeah, ok, I never did the goat.
While there I raised a couple cattle for food. I paid someone to come, shoot them in the head with a rifle, hang them by their rear legs and clean them. One bullet to the head dropped them.
