That's very bizarre behavior... scary that someone can be that "un-self aware."
Does she motormouth and push herself/her ideas/interests out in front and dominate/run away with conversations to the point that they cease to be conversations... merely everyone listening to her and waiting for her to run out of steam so they can talk, too?
I know a few people like that. Some of 'em are wayyy worse when they get a coupla drinks in 'em, too. Ugh.
