I picked up a 72 parts car yesterday. Can't believe my luck. I only really wanted the 72 oil tank and plumbing for my 68 912 come 911r project. I got way more than I bargained for. The 72 had been updated with flares and impact bumpers at some point and the tub is pretty ripe but ... the car has S gauges, aluminum calipers, I am pretty sure Early Sport Recaros ( I think, need expert opinion here ) with a bad upolstery job, and the best part, drumroll.... a 100L competition tank. A very, very good weekend.
