Those seats as well as the tank are actually cheap repros made in the eighties. They're actually not too safe by today's standards. I have a friend that actually collects these. I would research the VIN and history of the '72. You can call Porsche and ask question to the dept that give the COA. The last time I read a story on earlysreg about a guy with a similar find turned out he had a factory TR iirc. Maybe you're luckier than you think!
