It depends on what Disney park you're at. No alcohol is allowed at Disneyland, the Magic Kingdom in Orlando, or Tokyo Disneyland. All the other parks serve booze. In fact when I work at the Florida parks, I take my crew on a "pub crawl" of all the different country pavilions at EPCOT. I can tell you a good time is had by all!
