I would buy the swaybar attach it to the trailing arms and then begin to fabricate mounts. Those will drive your design. Most of your dimensions will come from the swaybars. WEVO sells very nice ones, which only need to be located and welded to the chassis. They are approximately similar to what you have pictured.

Do you already have the sway bar selected?
