1.The first step will be to lower the suspension/ride height.

2. You plan to purchase Fuchs wheels to replace the "cookie cutters" that came on the car.

3. You would like to install a muffler to get a different sound. Is a Bursch muffler a good one? Will it bolt on? Yes, it will bolt on to the pre-muffler.

I don't know how shipping from the US would be but there are usually several exhaust setups in the classifieds. Check for Fuchs, too.
