I have been looking into AZ as well for a relocation, for me, I am liking Tucson. I love the heat, and after getting pummeled with several feet of snow so far this winter (and a couple more feet this weekend) I can't get there fast enough. Just my 2 cents. (P.S. I am a wrench as well)
