I know this will disappoint some, but since I don't smoke or drink, this is my version of a "Fattie". . .
Assemble prepped ingredients and lay out a sheet of Nori:
Add a thin layer of "special" rice and asparagus:
Add thinly sliced Red Pepper (for nice crunch and red color!):
Add homemade Sweet Potato Fries - actually yam, but don't tell (I am in Idaho after all!)
Add Avocado (EVERYTHING tastes better w/Avocado!):
Add some Crab w/a "K" (I'd love to add some "real" fresh fish, but I am landlocked):
ROLL THE FATTIE:
Repeat:
Slice up and enjoy!
