Park makes great stuff.
However, I have that ultimate model in the original link, It's worked very well, AND, you don't realize now how much you will appreciate a workstand that folds up when you want/need to get it out of the way. They take up a lot of real estate, and, unless you're a bike builder, the stands spend much of the time unused, it's nice to fold them up and stick'em in a corner.
