Missed legs cause havoc amongst the crew. They usually ask if so & so is on board. Then they dive into the baggage manifest to see if their bags made it. If yes, then they offload the bags & delay the flight. If no, then there is no delay but as soon as they ask, you can bet all of the frequent fliers mutter oh xxxx.
