Thanks for your inputs. I have continued to follow Porsches on eBay as well as those on AutoTrader. Even the junkiest, "in need of slight repairs," are going for over $15K -- well, at least that is the advertised price.
Maybe this guy is like me -- never get what you've put into the car, and always sell at a happy loss.
