I have a Targa in Miami, Florida (we are right int he middle of Hurricane season). I bought the car with a HUGE leak problem, however, I did not see what the big deal was with getting rid of all the leaks, just take a Saturday afternoon and adjust the windows, small window frames and the seals, test it with a hose and it is done. Just make sure the seals on the car you are looking for are in good shape, if so you can always adjust them if the top leaks... If not in good shape try and get the seller to drop the price by the replacment cost of the seals. Good Luck,
