Our 2015 Stategy for the department just came out today. Strategies always look 5 years out...

When I started in 2000, the gist of the strategy was to "increase capacity".

OR

Do more.


A few years later, they added an "increase quality" component to the strategy.

Do more better.


A few years after that, we got a timing aspect. Specifically, to decrease development time.

Do more better now.


This year, they are cutting budget on top of the above.

Do more better now with less.
