Interesting to see I got your attention. Pleasure to meet you.
Just to inform you. I did not order on-line. I called in my order. It was never mentioned to me not to use UPS & I thought that a company with such a good reputation would know not to ship the rotors with other parts, or at least inform me that the rotors would be packaged together with the other items. I would have been OK with 2 packages. I guess one should never assume.
A little more help from the order desk would be nice, especially when dealing with a new customer. You obviously know where the problems lie & how to avoid them.
A little information goes a long way. I look forward to ordering from Pelican parts in the future & will keep this new (to me) information about shipping & packaging close at hand.
