My throttle cam stuck open due to some ice that formed in there last winter. Turned the car off and coasted it onto the shoulder, cleaned it out, and all was well.

Also, my Lloyd mats ride up towards the pedals over time. They don't impact the gas, but the clutch has a tendency to get caught on it which is annoying.
