If it's the same issue as many previous years, it is the rear driveshaft yoke binding at its slip-joint at the rear. As the rear pinion changes angle from accel (squat) or decel (lift) it will give a little 'whump' noise and/or clunk. Greasing the rear slip joint/yoke can help the bind and eliminate the noise. There is a GM TSB for it.
