I hope you have the Bentley SC Repair Manual. If not, get it.
The pilot bearing sits in the center of the flywheel; remove, clean, inspect, replace if necessary and lube with EP2 grease or Moly.
Remove the guide tube (Picture #3) and replace the O-ring inside. Lube the outside of the guide tube and the inside of the release bearing and the splines on the input shaft.
Dismantle the cross-shaft (Picture #4), inspect the bearings and seals, replace if necessary. Clean and inspect the fork for wear and cracks.
The Bentley explains terminology of the parts with pictures and what to lube.
Judging by the grime and dirt, the disc and release bearing may need replacing?
Does the disc still have enough life left on the lining?
Release bearing still smooth?
How many miles on the clutch?
Make sure to engage the fork into the release bearing when assembling.
