Question on cylinder dimensions

I have a 1.7 ser# EA--- that broke an exhaust valve. After removing the damaged head which has severe damage and a hole in the piston I noticed things that looked unusual. This engine had been recently apart and the head is extremely clean, like recent machine work, too bad they didn't replace valves! Knowing now that I need at least one head ( I haven't taken the other one off yet) and cylinders. Before going any farther I measured the bore and stroke to find 96mm cylinders and standard stroke. Not knowing the manufacturer of these cylinders, and in a hope to find maybe a used one of these 96mm cylinders,or a set of original 1.7 cylinders. My question is what the dimensions are on each end of the standard 1.7 cylinder so I can check to see if there has been machine work to the cases and head for clearances.Thank you for any help.
