I hear ya. The problems always come in two and threes and fours, but they always stop for a while afterwards.
What doesn't kill us makes us stronger, and steel balls will bounce like rubber off the right surface. There are many paths up a mountains, and a ridge with a view awaits.
Spend some time wasting time, and only wasting time, then get back in the saddle when it feels right.
Seperate, prioritize, and get the immediate stabilized. You'll have a micro-system in place to handle the b.ss efficiently. Life's too short for nonsense.
